1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 65jili platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or claiming any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

65jili reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 65jili may result in account suspension or termination and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 65jili platform, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• You will not register more than one (1) account on the 65jili platform. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

• You will notify 65jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

65jili reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. 65jili also reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 65jili account. 65jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Each player is permitted to hold only one active 65jili account. If 65jili discovers that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all duplicate accounts may be closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings from duplicate accounts may be voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

65jili supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations:

6 Gameplay Rules

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 65jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

65jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Inactivity of the account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

You may close your 65jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees and forfeiture of any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
